At a glance

The website content is general information only and is not legal, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, accounting or other professional advice.
Consulting, training, governance and build engagements may be subject to separate commercial terms that take priority where there is any inconsistency.
The AI for Teams Toolkit is sold as a digital product with a single-entity licence unless a separate consultant or multi-use licence is agreed in writing.

Using this website

By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its security, its availability or other users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, copy restricted materials by automated means without permission, or use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

General information only

The content on this website is provided for general business information and marketing purposes. AI strategy, governance, training and implementation decisions depend on each organisation's industry, systems, data, regulatory setting and commercial goals.

Unless AI Collab has expressly agreed otherwise in writing, nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, privacy advice, cybersecurity advice, employment advice, accounting advice or regulated professional advice.

Enquiries, bookings and third-party tools

This website uses trusted third-party tools for bookings, forms, media and embedded experiences. If you submit an enquiry, book a call or interact with embedded content, your information may also be processed by those providers as part of the workflow.

AI Collab is not responsible for third-party platforms beyond the extent required by law. Use of those tools may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy settings.

Consulting, training and custom build engagements

Any paid consulting, training, governance or custom build work may be governed by a separate proposal, scope, statement of work, service agreement, invoice terms or other written commercial arrangement. If there is any inconsistency between those engagement terms and these website terms, the specific written engagement terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Digital products, toolkit licence and refunds

Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, purchase of the AI for Teams Toolkit gives the purchaser a non-transferable licence for internal use within one legal entity. The standard purchase does not permit resale, sublicensing, republication, redistribution, white-labelling or use with client organisations unless AI Collab has agreed to a separate licence in writing.

Because the toolkit is a digital product made available promptly after purchase, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered. However, nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to products or services that fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, AI Collab owns or controls the intellectual property rights in the website design, copy, frameworks, downloadable materials, digital products and related branding. These rights are protected by Australian and international laws.

You may view and use the website for ordinary business evaluation and enquiry purposes. You must not reproduce, adapt, republish, sell or distribute substantial portions of the site or digital product materials except as permitted by law or by written agreement with AI Collab.

Third-party links and content

This website may link to external websites, media players, podcast platforms, booking pages or checkout pages. Those links are provided for convenience. AI Collab does not control the content, availability or policies of external sites and does not accept responsibility for them except to the extent required by law.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Collab excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website, delay in availability of the website, reliance on general website content, or use of third-party platforms linked from the website.

Where a law implies guarantees, warranties or conditions that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law, those rights continue to apply. Any limitation in these terms is subject to those non-excludable rights.

Changes to these terms

AI Collab may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services, digital products or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with the updated date shown above.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless another mandatory law applies. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@ai-collab.com.au.
