Learn moreScope
Most AI advisory services stop at the recommendation. Most development shops start after it. That gap is where AI projects stall, because the people who wrote the plan aren't the ones who have to make it work. AI Collab does both halves, so the strategy is shaped by what can realistically be built and the build reflects what the business actually decided.
Method
Every engagement starts with the same question: what is the business actually trying to fix? The answer decides whether you need advice, a build, training, or all three in a particular order.
We map the workflows, systems, data and team habits as they are today. No tool recommendations yet, because the useful ones only become obvious once the work is visible.
Opportunities get sorted by value and effort, and the risky or low-return ideas get named as such. You end up with a sequenced plan, not a list of possibilities.
Training, governance and custom builds are delivered in the order the roadmap set. Work is scoped so each stage returns something usable before the next one starts.
The part most AI projects skip. We train the people who'll use it, document how it runs, and hand over something the team can own without us.
Fit
The work suits businesses with real processes, real customers and staff who are already using AI informally, whether or not anyone has approved it. If you're still deciding what the business does, AI isn't the first problem to solve.
Usually an owner, GM or operations lead who can see AI mattering but has no reliable way to judge which parts are real. The job is to make that decision defensible, then act on it.
Consulting, training and build work run remotely for teams anywhere in Australia, and in person where that genuinely helps.
For workshops and team sessions that work better face to face, we run on-site across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast and Sydney.
