AI Audit

Find where AI pays in your business.

We sit down with up to 10 of your people and ask what they'd fix if they could. You get back a ranked, costed list of what to build first, so you're not guessing.

Each dot is one idea, numbered to match the list. Your audit plots your own ideas, ranked by impact and effort.

The problem

Everyone has an AI idea. Nobody has ranked them.

So the loudest idea usually wins, and the pilot stalls a few weeks in.

01

Too many ideas.

The CEO wants agents, sales wants a chatbot and finance wants its invoices read. They're all reasonable. The hard part is deciding which comes first.

02

Pilots that stall.

A trial works well for the one person who set it up. Before long, the rest of the team has stopped opening it.

03

No price next to the idea.

You can't weigh an idea properly until there's a cost and a saving sitting beside it.

How it works

Four steps, 7 to 14 days.

01
Pick your people

Up to 10 of them, from the founder to the frontline. You choose who.

02
We interview each one

Short one-to-one chats about where their week goes and what slows them down.

03
We rank what we find

Every idea gets a cost, a likely saving and an effort score.

04
You get the list

Then we walk you through it on a call, line by line, and answer whatever comes up.

Who it suits

Teams with more AI ideas than time to test them. If you'd like to know which ones pay before you spend money on a build, start here.

What you get

One report, with four things in it.

And a walkthrough call where we go through all of it with you.

01

A ranked list

Every opportunity, plotted by how much it helps against how hard it is.

02

A cost and a saving

For each build, so you can see what pays for itself and what doesn't.

03

A build order

What to do first, what comes next, and what needs a foundation in place before it'll work.

04

A spec for each build

What goes in, what it does, what comes out, and what it could grow into later.

What it looks like

The order to build, and a spec for each tool.

That's the format. Everything in it comes from your own team.

Your audit uses your own interview numbers, never these.

Audit or Roadmap?

Two products that do different jobs.

If you want to build something soon, start with the Audit. If leadership needs a direction for the year, it's the Roadmap.

Your tools, your files

Built in what you already pay for.

01

Your accounts.

We work inside your subscriptions and systems, so we don't need accounts of our own.

02

Your files.

Everything we produce is yours to keep, whether or not we build anything next.

03

Any AI.

There's no house default. If the AI you already have can do the job, we'll use it.

04

Checked first.

We check what's feasible at the Audit, then test it again in your setup at hand-over.

Frequently asked questions

What's an AI audit?
It's a fixed-price review of where AI can save your business time and money. We interview your people, then rank what we find by impact, effort and cost. It's an audit of your opportunities, not of your AI systems.
How long does it take?
Usually 7 to 14 days, from the first interview to the walkthrough call.
What does it cost?
$2,500 +GST, fixed. If you start a build with us within 30 days, the fee comes off it.
Who do you interview?
Up to 10 people you choose, from founders to frontline staff. The people doing the work usually know what needs fixing.
Do we have to buy a build afterwards?
No. The list is yours to use however you like. If you start a build with us within 30 days, the audit fee is credited.
How is it different from the AI Opportunity Roadmap?
The Audit ranks what to build next, with a spec for each tool. The Roadmap sets a 12-month direction for leadership, and it includes a governance review.
Do you check which tools we can use?
Yes. We check what's possible inside the subscriptions and systems you already pay for, so the list only includes builds that can run there.
